First Aid Volunteers on Duty
August
City 2 Surf The Sun-Herald City to Surf is 14km long, starting at Hyde Park in Sydney’s CBD and finishing at Bondi Beach. As one of the biggest events on the calendar St John will establish first aid posts at the start of the course, along the route and at the finish. With over 70,000 runners anticipated, this year’s event is sure to be action-packed.

Sydney running Festival
The Sydney Running Festival comprises of four events commencing in North Sydney and finishing at the Opera House. The event includes a Bridge Walk with an anticipated 15,000 people; a family fun run with an anticipated 5,000 people; along with a half marathon and a full marathon. This is one of the most challenging events to cover for volunteers with approximately 50km to be spread along.
